GENERAL

The game will be played  on concrete in a small arena with two goals. Three minute games. The player with the most goals at the end of the end of the three minutes wins. If a player gets a panna (nutmeg) on their opponent and maintains possession during the game the opponent is knocked out and game ends.

PANNA

  • A Panna = intentionally play the ball through the opponent's legs and then control the ball.

    • The ball may therefore hit the boarding, as long as you check it first.

    • What is not panna: a shot on goal that goes 'by accident' through the legs.

TO SCORE

  • You must be with both feet over the midline before scoring.

  • A goal can not be scored via the boarding.

  • Every 'regular' goal counts for 1 point.

  • A 'panna goal' (ball through the legs that goes straight into the goal) counts for 2 points.

Rules

  • A match lasts 3 minutes.

  • A draw is only possible during the groups. From the 'knock-out' the following rules apply: If after 3 minutes it is still the same, you play until there is a panna or 1 player with 2 goals.

  • Without panna, the player with the highest score wins.

  • With a  panna you win and the match ends immediately no matter what the score is at the time.

Fouls

  • The referee decides what is wrong. Protest will not be tolerated. What is not allowed:

    • Do not push and pull. The hands are not used.

    • Do not play with the back to the opponent, look at him.

    • When defending, your knee should not touch the ground (to block the ball).

    • You can not take the boarding with two hands.

    • No slide tackling

    • It is forbidden to touch the ball with your hands.

    • It is forbidden to hold the ball between the knees

    •  No Disrespectful behavior towards opponent or referee.

  • In case of an error, both players start back to their own goal. The player who underwent the error receives the ball.

    • 1st error = warning

    • 2nd = 1 point for the opponent

    • 3rd error = exclusion for the game

  • The referee can exclude a player at any time for the rest of the match (red card). The referee and tournament manager will then decide together whether the player may or may not play his next matches.

  • The organization has the right to refuse a player's participation in a tournament based on precedents, bad behavior, etc.

  • If a player is not present at the time of his match, he loses 5-0.
